Kontrak Psikologis, Keterlibatan Kerja, dan Intensi Turnover Generasi Milenial

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peran kontrak psikologis dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada tenaga kesehatan generasi milenial. menggunakan dua dimensi yaitu transaksional relasional. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat milenial di rumah sakit. Partisipan berjumlah 118 Alat ukur yang digunakan Skala Intensi Turnover, Psychological Contract Inventory, Keterlibatan Kerja. Analisis regresi ganda dilakukan mengolah data diperoleh. Hasil uji berganda menunjukkan nilai F=25.273 taraf signifikansi (p0.01). Hal hipotesis diterima, bahwa signifikan dari turnover. Kontrak memiliki sumbangan efektif dalam memprediksi sebesar 39,9%. dapat dijadikan sebagai usaha bagi perusahaan mengurangi karyawan Perusahaan intensitas dengan lebih memperhatikan pemenuhan baik maupun relasional.This study aims to examine the role of psychological contracts and job involvement in intention millennial generation health workers hospitals.
